Overpass walkways collapsing while I'm walking on them (I don't get it much these days but it was a big part of my fear of heights as a child).

Going to the toilet during a thunderstorm due to indoor lightening strikes (lightening hits something outside and passes through wires or in this case water to cause electric shocks).
