Did you stop watching before Beta? The woobie Jasper crowd has more fuel, not less. The only way your views would get you in hot water is if you only hang out it the absolutely worst, anti-Jasper parts of tumblr, in which case you knew what you were getting into.

Personally, I love Jasper, but would rather have her be the honorable opponent than yet another convert to Steven's Crystal Besties, but redemption really seems like the obvious route at this point.

I'm gonna be real, at the time I made and submitted the secret (the Saturday after Bismuth aired), Beta hadn't aired yet, haha.

I personally would like to see Jasper become, if not a member of the CGs, then at least an ally. My soft spot for her being a parent / older sister figure to Steven knows no bounds, and I think she could give us some interesting perspective on Rose that we wouldn't get from the CGs. But that's my spin on it. Your's is equally as great-- Jasper is well-suited for the role of an honorable adversary.

AYRT -- I kind of thought that might be the case. The wide-spread Jasper hate was fierce, but short-lived. Mostly, I'm just hoping that we don't have to wait a year and half before she gets another subplot.

I still saw a few people celebrating over the fact that she got corrupted and how Jasper fans are still The Worst. Her hatedom may have gone down quietly, but it'll probably always be there in the background.

Me too. I don't mind SU filler as much as other fans do, but it's still kinda annoying how we'll probably have to wait 50+ episodes until Jasper's storyline gets wrapped up. :/

Honestly same! I think she could bring something intresting to the show, and since she apparently know a lot about the Diamonds, she could probably provide a lot of information about the lore.

And yeah while Jasper defiantly has a medium-or-so sized fanbase, the hardcore anti-Jasper crowd are seriously freaky and I wouldn't want to interact with them ever.
