HTP isn't into hurt/comfort. The whole thing is about glorifying the rape and making it something to get off to.

no? I don't even visit the meme but I've read a ton of H/C and recovery stuff on Ao3 that originated on the meme

Yeah, it's about 50/50.
And I'd be lying if I said there's not a significant percentage of the fic that is written to be titillating noncon. But, there's certainly H/C too, as well as fic that is mostly psychological aftermath and has no graphic descriptions at all.

None of that H/C is on Ao3. I've seen like...4 fics tagged as Hydra Trash Party that have comfort. It is usually just people getting off on rape.

I don't read much HTP fic, but almost all of the ones I've read have rape and/or torture as the prelude to Stucky h/c.
