Yes, if you can nap for 20 minutes or shorter. Otherwise no. Naps longer than 20 minutes are almost always bad and disorienting IMO.

Well, I can try to nap for 20 minutes!

Can people actually nap for 20 minutes/less? I try to avoid napping because it's NEVER shorter than an hour and you're right, it's very disorienting.

I napped today though because (this is wisdom-tooth-anon from yesterday) my face was half numb and I was a little nauseated. XD

I hope you'll feel better tomorrow, the swelling should be down a bit by then, in my experience.

I hope so. The dentist was like, "Why do you have such big teeth and such a tiny jaw/mouth?!" He had to cut it into four pieces to get it out. D:

Yes.

Just set an alarm.

Huh. Interesting. For me, because it always takes me at least an hour to get to sleep, if I'm going to nap I have to have at least 2, preferably 3 hours of time to use.

Yeah. When I try to take short naps (say, I have an hour, max, to spare), I wind up never falling asleep, even if I felt tired and sleepy.

I've napped for 3-4 hours and haven't found it to be bad or disorienting.
