Naked unless its very cold or I am visiting friends or family.

If I am visiting someone I go with classic sleep shorts and a tank top, and if its cold I have some warm pajama pants and a sweater. I really want a nice nightgown though, just for fun.

Nice nightgowns and robes are awesome, especially if you bathe before bedtime.
