Re: What do you sleep in?

Usually a T-shirt designated for sleepwear and long pajama pants (lightweight woven cotton for summer, heavier knits for winter).

I like sleeping naked, but I always have this worry in the back of my head about what would happen if there was a fire or a tornado or something and I had to leap out of bed in the middle of the night and run outside or down to the shared basement. It's convenient to be semi-presentable without having to change clothes (and with long pj pants, I don't even have to be concerned with leg hair).

When I did eldercare, I always wore "presentable" pajamas (nice, matching sets with good coverage) with a sports bra on underneath, just in case I might have to deal with paramedics in whatever I had on. I kept a pair of slip-on shoes just inside the door to my room.
