A shirt and underwear. Or just a bra and underwear. For the weirdest reason I cannot stand sleeping in pants anymore. Something about the feeling of the pants is incredibly uncomfortable.

I'm also the biggest fidgeter in sleep and that might have something to do with it. I will turn at least 5 times during a two hour nap before I fall into a proper sleep.
