Just curious, is pegging the only way for a woman in a heterosexual relationship to be a "top?" I mean, there are positions where the woman is on top of the man, even if she isn't penetrating him (like the cowgirl thing). But when this topic comes up, people usually seem to apply the gay male thing of penterating = topping, being penetrated = bottom to heterosexual relationships.

I wouldn't think so? No, I don't think being penetrated is intrinsically the same thing as being a "bottom" for women at all.

I admit I have found it a little weird that anyone describes f/f sex with tops and bottoms. Even if I just did that above, I was just rolling with how other people seem to see it.

Most of the "top"/"bottom" terminology I have run across seems to come from penis worship and anal penetration. I don't think that really describes male/female sex, let alone female/female sex.
