23. If someone can "turn" you straight then the odds are you were either a) never gay in the first place, or b) you're bisexual.

I did one of those online things to work out my Kinsey number for lols. As it turns out, even though I've flanged for the occasional woman, I'm still tediously heterosexual with a score of 0.4.

So I figure that if a dyke gets a crush on one guy, they're still a dyke.

I also figure that folks who go around dictating other peoples' sexual identities don't know what the hell they're talking about. So there!

I was hoping my strange fascination with Mira Furlan might make me a bit hip and bisexual. Alas! :-)

- I disagree because just as there isn't an on/off switch there also aren't neat little pigeonholes like gay and straight.

- I do agree that the chances of spontaneously "turning" a certain sexuality are slim.


- The "omg this chara's hot i think i might be a lesbian / bi / straight / whatever" or "I would tap chara A...I'M A GIRL." or "so-and-so turned me pansexual / broomsexual / whatever" secrets are annoying because generally they read like attention whoring teens who're looking to hop on an edgy trend. Sexuality isn't something you can manipulate to get attention, sry2say- it's not a fad.

It's judgmental people like you who keep me in the closet. I know people who have been confused about their own sexualities for several DECADES.

It must be nice to be so sure of yourself.
