I should probably elaborate, then, to say that it was very elaborately crafted and I actually believed it until I realized what the next day was. They also unscreened the survey responses for everyone to see. I kind of ignored it after I realized it was a joke, and I never did the survey, so maybe part of it comes from that. But it does mostly look like butthurt, so I don't know.

I think it might be because you had to go fill out that "research" about him? At the end of the survey, there was an order to go to someone's research about the hotness of Jensen where you had to look at photos of him and then add your squee-age to the bunch, and if you did that the mods would let you stay at iheart.

Hahaha here in Aus I didn't even get the prank on April 1 - you can imagine how glad I was to find out it WAS an April 1 joke.

I'm still not getting how that makes it Jensen's fault, if they should be pissed at anyone it should be the mods.

Not that they should be so pissy at this, because Hel-fucking-Lo, it was a joke.
