The one that I've quoted is Spanish, not "English speaking". Who's regurgitating stereotypes again?

I could care less what language, since there are English as a second language Spanish native speakers in our community. And they tell us that it's just as wtf to their lolita community as well. Those lolitas are the extreme minority, period. After being active in that community for over four years, I should know. I'm not a princess, I have no desire to never grow up. Lolita is based in fashion reality, not trying to live a real life fairy tale. Try lurking in

egl for a while and see what most of us are really like before throwing out that we're all creepy fairytale queens.

I check that comm all the time. It's too hilarious to see all those weirdos creaming their panties over some frilly pink dress and squealing because they found a 500,000,000,000 yens worth new bow that they can buy to wear at their little parties where they all act cutesy and eat cutesy food and are so kawaii desu.

Most of you aren't really insane? Great. Doesn't mean that a lot of the lolitas I've seen posting aren't. And you freaks still love lacey pink kawaii dresses that cost a fucking fortune.

That's a lot of hatred and rage coming from someone posting in a fandom secret community. If you want to spend your time reading and obsessing over a fashion community you hate so much, then, I'm going to have to say that you're pretty sad and maladjusted. If you don't like it, don't wear the clothes and don't go places to read about people who do. It's really not that hard to avoid. It's not like it's mainstream. What a waste of your time. I'm hardly as freakish as someone obsessing over someone else's fashion community, because they have money to spend. I sense some jealousy here.

I spend time (and by this I mean I check it maybe once a week or two) reading that comm because it's so hilarious. Oh no! I spend my free time doing something that amuses me, I am clearly such an unbalanced person!

And believe me, I'm not jealous of you freaks' ability to spend hundreds of dollars in stupid shit dresses that make you look like little kids or like you've come out of a costume party.

I could care less about your opinion of what I look like, considering you're passing judgment on myself and numerous others on one persons reason for wearing an eclectic fashion. And, you have no idea what my style looks like. But, I do care that you're making overreaching statements about a community of thousands of women with their own reasons for being in the fashion and styles of dress. That you read the community at all and still think that is indicative of your maturity and comprehension level.

LOL. Rage, anon, rage against the money spending. Don't like it, don't wear it. That simple. There's no reason to try to label all lolita as weirdo fairy princesses (on the opinion of ONE person) just because you don't like the way it looks. Too bad. We do. And we'll keep on dressing our style whether you appreciate it or not. So, tough cookies.

Hey, I'm a lolita and I hate most pink and/or "kawaii" dresses. (I hate blackxwhite stuff too.)
