You know, as someone who really fucking hates the 'secret gay ALL THE DICKS' trope because it's infected two of my more invested-in-fandoms (yes I am OPM anon who commented above) and because in one case it's like the most reaching headcanon of a canonically straight character ever (in fact I wrote a secret about OPM specifically that calls the 'gay ALL THE DICKS' trope into question because Saitama is portrayed as straight and kind of a loser, not particularly attractive, etc, and it's supposed to be funny to the viewer that Genos is obsessed with him because Genos is The Epitome Of Cool visually where Saitama is a plain looking bald guy in his mid twenties who wears a 'boobs' hoodie)....

Despite all that, I would really enjoy seeing some of the middle-of-the-road stuff. I've seen a little bit of it with Genos in OPM fiction, but that's literally just because Genos is barely 19, and his entire mid teen years was taken up by a major tragic backstory interspersed with having 99% of his body mechanized, not exactly a great backdrop for which to explore burgeoning gay feelings (not that some authors sure don't love to try and shoehorn that in there despite the logical speculation being that no matter who Genos is romantically and/or sexually attracted to, he's had like zero time to act on it, especially in a society like Japan where young teens having sex is very frowned upon).

Seeing a character who has known for a little while they have bisexual or gay feelings but not acting on it yet would be a refreshing change to be honest.
