anon I hate to break it to you but your "anti-tantrum" stance sounds astonishingly like a tantrum in itself

That makes no sense. AYRT sounds a little smug but that isn't a tantrum? And honestly, anti-tantrum is the stance we should ALL take when it comes to dealing with CS. I don't have a spotless record myself but I still consider going off on service people really bad behavior.
