I don't wanna make things worse by giving credence, but I don't think it's silly at all. Breathing is...kind of important. You can't not do it, so if it's hurting you, then even if it's livable, it's understandable that you'd be bothered.

Basically, I just think you should be taken seriously, and I hope you are.
