I Googled "does anal sex cause rectal prolapse" (not exact wording, but that was the concept) after reading some not-super-scientific-sounding claim that that's a thing that happens. (It was out of curiosity; I've never had sex, let alone anal.)

Conflicting results. My general impression is it can be a contributing factor but there are steps you can take against it and many people who have regular anal sex never have that problem. But I'm not really sure.
