Have you ever read Theodore Sturgeon's 'If All Men Were Brothers, Would You Let One Marry Your Sister'? Really fascinating short story on the subject of 'healthy' incestuous relationships. It's sci-fi and kind of hard to find (the only person who would consider publishing it was Harlan Ellison - so I think it's only in print in his 'Dangerous Visions' compilation). I still tend to find them squicky, tbh, but this story really got into my head about the subject.

Also, have you read any of Tanya Huff's work? She's got a series (loosely called 'The Gale Women' books) that are urban fantasy with canon incest (mostly cousin-cest). She really does a great job of making it... uh, 'non-squicky'. It just makes sense with the canon.
