Re: How do you tell the difference between a grease fire and a regular fire?

This is such a strange thing to want to be prepared for, I'm delighted at your forethought. I'd say the best way to judge is by whether there was grease in the place where the fire was? Also, I once started a grease fire in a saucepan and dumped water on it and survived.
