I'm looking for generic OT4 prompts for this pairing I've challenged my self to write. What are some sexy reasons that could bring four friends together for a lovefest? I've written 3000 words today on other fics, so I'm kind of burnt out on ideas and would really appreciate the help!

Depends on the setting and maybe the ages of the characters, but if it's a once-off event then you've got spouse-trading, swinging, college dare, camping-trip-sharing-a-tent, skinny dipping/hot springs orgy, various sci-fi/fantasy tropes like sex pollen and the like, etc. If you want more of a relationship factor, then maybe truth-or-dare or truth serum revealing multiple romantic feelings on various people's parts?

They are 4 men in their late 30s/early 40s. Only one of them is married. I like the camping idea though! That's a good one.

Well N could be a surrogate mom for K and M's baby, living with them until both M and K fall in love with her, but M is already seeing J whom K likes as a friend and whom N is gradually growing closer after a rocky start and is the doctor that arranged for N to be the surrogate after K had an accident that meant she could not carry a new baby. If you want you can even extend it into a OT5 with the addition of G, whom has always fancied J like mad ever since they first bet and has fallen for his boyish charms.
