Oddly enough, though I like both Wincest and Destroy, Wincestiel never seems to work for me.

"Destroy" is a funny word for it, LMAO.

Honestly, not for everyone. Not for me either. I think it's because they're brothers - you can't help but get the feeling like they're going to be competing. It doesn't feel as natural and right as the couples independently.

I personally loved the scene in Supernatural where Sam said in a sort of curious I-fuck-guys voice, "What about Samstiel? Sastiel?", which in my opinion directly implied that he wants to do the do with the angel.
