that is one god awful font, why are only the bases of the 'i's done in a completely different style?

I thought OP had put in apostrophes for all of the i's until the last sentence.

they completely disappeared on my phone, I had to zoom in to see there was even something there beside the dot

I'm 99% it's unintentional, and that it's a just weird glitch on roflbot (a meme-maker very suitable for adding text for secrets). I've had that happen too, although I just changed fonts because of the weird i's. Didn't used to be like that.
