Don't be fucking ridiculous. The chances are very high that most people have never even heard of a "Captain Britain", if that's even a character that exists, for the simple reason that it's not a multi-million dollar, internationally mass marketed franchise character. If it was and considering the criticism of British imperialism, yes, people would probably have a similar problem with that.
