Well Australians in general may have a bit of jaundiced view of America, but not all of us look at Captain America and immediately think he's going to be a straight up piece of nationalistic jingoism, because even Americans can be turned off by that, especially when they feel their government is not not governing well, and comics tend to pick up and reflect those sort of feelings.
