It was the original "Vejiitasei was never destroyed and Bulma goes there" fic, but there's so much more to it than that. The B/V relationship is in the forefront, but you also get tons of stuff with Goku and Gohan, and there's a bunch of political scheming with Freeza. The whole world was incredibly well developed and the plotting was excellent.

I think I know which it is now. Was one of the later fics one where inter-dimensional insects are invading and Gohan is now more powerful that Vegeta and someone (I think it was a reborn Frieza) makes a quip about how much that'd piss Vegeta off? Because that was the last of the series I read. I do know it has a few different timelines and there was a side fic where Bulma created a machine that allowed her to communicate with other timelines.
