Here's the thing though, he might disagree with "the US" but he acts exactly as entitled towards the rest of the world as the US is. In the MCU, anyway. That's what Civil War was about no? How Cap is the only one entitled to judge who is good and who is evil, who he should fight against. How he shouldn't be subordinate to someone else's judgement ever and how being accountable for his actions to an international committee is the worst thing ever.

Kind of what the US thinks about the UN and their opinion on whether the US should attack other countries or not.

But hey, Cap is pure and good and not at all like that according to all the Americans in this thread who feel entitled to dictate to the rest of the world how we should view the US.
