Do you have a sweet tooth? What's your favorite sweet thing to eat or drink?

Chocolate cake, walnut shortbread, and good fruit pies and crumbles. I'm also partial to New York style cheesecake and cream-filled eclairs. Can't beat a fresh glazed donut and black coffee either!

Swedish fish or cinnamon rolls. Or anything lemon flavored.

Sweet thing? Probably ice cream. Sweet drink: Amarula (also alcoholic)

I love so many sweet things I can't pick just one, but the very first year I lived on my own, I baked myself a pound cake because it was about all my simple little kitchen could handle. The memory of snuggling up in my dark little apartment with the X-Files and a slice of that pound cake is still so dear to me.

Aww, that sounds like a good memory. I feel warm and fuzzy just reading about it, and now I wish I had some pound cake. :)

Mega sweet tooth here. Pie and black coffee is my favourite. I'm actually planning on making a cherry pie with almond icing tomorrow. Can't wait :D

Also nutella brownies are real good too!

I don't particularly like drinking sweet things though. I never have sugar in my tea/coffee and rarely drink juice or fizzy drinks. I like to pretend this makes up for all the baked goods I eat...

It really is! Passionfruit icing on apple pie is my favourite. Cinnamon brown sugar icing is also really good with apple or peach pie :D

I hate sweet drinks, and I can usually take or leave cakes or pastries. But a loaf of bread isn't safe if there's butter in the fridge and I'm in the house.

Yes. I have a massive sweet tooth. I love fruit desserts, especially pie. I also love most chocolate things (though I'm not a big cake person). Ice cream. Fruit. cinnamon raisin or blueberry bagels with cream-cheese.

Chocolate cake! Chocolate chip cookies, too. Pavlova with strawberries and cream. Milk chocolate. Gummy bears.

I really like things with chocolate and salted caramel. Especially sweet frappuccinos with that sweet sweet caff.

But it's true. I loooooooooove sweets. Far more than I should.

If I absolutely had to choose just one kind for the rest of my life, though, it would be cookies. Cake is second. And I have plenty of both always stocked in my pantry (well, the cakes are mixes, but you get the idea...).

I feel you on that. I have grandparents with diabetes on both sides so I really should be careful.

I don't know what I would choose! Cookies would be a good choice. I'd have cookies and cookie dough (which is really just uncooked cookie).

My favorite favorite is probably brownies - so many variations that I love (made some excellent fudgy ones with sugar cookie dough frosting on Tuesday). I also love making and eating cake, pie (though not fruit ones, not a big fan of cooked fruit), ice cream, cookies, bars (blondies are awesome), candy (homemade and store-bought, Reese's peanut butter cups and licorice pastels, in particular), sweet rolls (cinnamon and other variations), pavlova, cheesecake, tarts, granola, doughnuts, cupcakes, whoopie pies, frosting, syrup, sweet butter, and probably a few other things that aren't coming immediately to mind.

Yes, I know the company does bad things in Central (or is it South-?) America. I'm already racked with guilt. It just tastes so good! :/

Put it this way-- the only sweets I don't really like are hard candy and rich chocolate desserts, because they hurt my stomach. (I typed that sentence one-handed while finishing the southern jam cake ice cream I splurged on at Whole Foods tonight. It was very good.)

My favorite sweet things to drink are Thai iced tea and St. Germain liqueur. Not together.

I could never choose a favorite. Lately I like Magnum Chocolate Infinity ice cream bars.

My tastes are simple but I love chocolate. If something has chocolate in it then I will devour it.

I admit I am not a huge sweet tooth - if I have an option, I'd take a meaty treat over a sweet one. Sweet things I like tend to be on the mild side, and also tart.
