Cosplay Question

I am going to a primarily Anime, but anything media related goes convention later today. I am going as Socks, one of the regular cats from the game Neko Atsume. I would have gone as Tubbs since I am overweight, but I am broke and am using clothes I already have and leftovers from other projects.

I am wearing white shoes & socks, black pants, and either a black shirt or hoodie. It depends on how hot it is in the building. I made white paws and ears out of felt and turned a white marabou fluffy boa into a tail. I made a mask from felt that looks like Socks, but I am taking black face paint to do just the nose and mouth if I don't feel up to wearing the mask.

I am carrying a plate of sashimi that flips over to reveal four silver fish and a Mr. Dragonfly teaser toy- everything hand sewn from felt.

Should I cut a few strips of black felt and safety pin them to my pants so it looks like the cat's X shaped butthole?

I love that you asked this, but I don't think this is a thing that should ever be asked. I would definitely not do this, op. D:

I won't do it. The tail would probably cover it up.
