From people in general. People in general don't really seen to care about pet birds, so a lot of massive misinformation exists out there, and people end up thinking that only birds that talk could be good, and that if a bird doesn't talk it must be defective. And even talking birds get put in tiny cages and stuff. Birds don't really get a lot of respect as domestic animals, and I feel like if entertaining and informative videos like Mr Max were more common (you learn a LOT about large parrots watching him), people would view pet birds in a different and more informed light.
