Same. It was on the left side or I'd have been sure it was my appendix. I stood in the bathroom sort of trying to figure out what was wrong for ten minutes and then realized I'd never experienced something so painful before, and seeing as I have broken my bones, teeth, jaw, and head open, I figured that probably meant I should seek medical attention. :P
