THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING ALLERGIES. As someone with a soy allergy, I would eat tofu and other soy based stuff, if it didn't cause my throat to swell shut.

I see soy listed in the allergy warnings on packets enough to think that there has to be a reasonable section of society that has allergies to it. About the only thing I have never heard of an allergy for is rice.
