I read one of the links given in the comments, and I must be a veteran member of the internets because it actually... Didn't squick me much? :/ I feel like a terrible person. XD

It was really well written, IMO.

Nah, I didn't think it would squick everybody. Squicks are a personal thing. It just... really hit me. I don't think I can even pinpoint exactly what it was that got to me.

It didn't really bother me either. I was expecting something like Celebrian (the infamous LOTR fic), so I was kind of surprised at the lack of mental scarring...
