Haven't slept more than two hours because period cramps and medication isn't helping (nor is anything else).

It's those sneaky omes that get inside with you and bite you in your sleep that make me roll my eyes at all those Zika advisories that say "Just stay inside and wear some bug spray! It's fine!" That and all the times I've been bitten while wearing bug spray, through clothes, at weird times of day/year, etc. Do the people who come up with this stuff live in the desert? The only reason no one around here has it is because we're just too far north for that kind of mosquito. We have plenty of other mosquitos and we already do everything we can to avoid getting munched on and best case scenario we can merely reduce the number of bites, not avoid them entirely.
