Er... how does "I want the writers in my fandom who are putting in their time and effort for free to magically produce more fic to my specifications for my viewing pleasure without me having to lift a finger or make any effort" NOT sound entitled? You're suggesting that someone simply remarking that they'd like more _____ fic is this whole big production when it's not, not necessarily. I'd like more pizza, it doesn't mean I expect everyone I know to suddenly jump up and start rolling out dough and grating cheese.

It does sound entitled. I even said it sounds entitled. It is not, however, actually entitled. Wanting something is not the same as demanding something.
