I don't even know why I'm getting headaches anymore. They just happen. None of my doctors seem worried about it, so I guess it's nothing serious, but it's still aggravating.

Well, headaches do happen. Is there anything in particular about these headaches that makes you think they're due to anything besides the usual stress/fatigue/poor eating habits/etc.?

I get that they're not worried about it as a symptom of something else (which is good) but I feel like they should be worried about it as a health issue in and of itself. :/

Unfortunately, idiopathic migraines are a thing that happens. There isn't much to do sometimes but just try to treat symptoms. It does really suck, but it tends to not be all that detrimental to overall health, even in the long run.

If you're finding your current prescription isn't effective anymore, might I suggest asking for a referral to a pain clinic to see if they have any suggestions for alternative therapies?

I'm sure your doctors mentioned this, but just in case: have you kept a headache log with info on what you ate and what the weather was like when you got the headache? It seems really basic, but keeping a log did help me realize that mine were often triggered by low-pressure systems.
