Pie Five got rid of their whole grain crust with its perfect blend for my blood sugar of carbs and fiber and replaced it with a crust that has nearly 100 grams of white-flour carb and barely any fiber.

I went in today to give their gluten-free crust a try because its more reasonable on the carb count (but $2 more with far less fiber) but after watching my maker tug and tug three different ways on the plastic wrapper of this enormous thing that looked like fat pita bread and still not get it open, I told her to forget it and left.

RIP whole-grain crust. You were the best.

Laaaaame dude. I actually really miss the gluten free crust at my local pizzeria now... I ain't even celiac but damn. It was better than their regular one.
