Susan Ivanova/John Sheridan. Mostly because I very much OTP John with Delenn or Delenn and Jeffrey (though I can also ship her with others like Leneer and Neroon, but I can't seem to do that with him).

Agreed on Buffy/Willow. They've been through so much together that if it were meant to happen, it would have happened - I can't picture something new happening that would change their friendship to romance that they haven't already been through. Willow's sexuality isn't even a factor against it, it's just not a thing.
