Cut through a toilet paper roll. Wrap it around a roller up poster or wrapping paper. It will stay rolled up neatly. It's really nice.

For a quick heating pad, get a sock and fill it up with rice. Tie a knot in the hole end. Put the sock with the rice inside of another sock, hole end first. Put it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Heating pad!
