Shawn/Gus

They feel like brothers to me. I feel like Shawn is in love with Gus, but I don't read Gus as reciprocating that love romantically. I've read some fic for them and some of it's really good and cute and IC, but for the most part, the ship just doesn't do it for me. My OTP is Shawn/Lassie because I love enemies to friends to lovers.

Scott/Stiles to a lesser extent. Theirs is a similar case where I can see a case made for Stiles being in love with Scott, but Scott really does read pretty hetero to me. I like the idea of Scott/Isaac, but for the most part, I just don't see Scott in a romantic relationship with a man (except for maybe Chris Argent because again, enemies to friends to lovers plus the whole age difference thing & I'm also partial to slash ships where canon has character A dating character B's female family member.)
