From what I understand you can do a lot of cosmetic fixes to your teeth. I had a friend who had braces/a retainer for his whole youth, and in addition to that his orthodontist insisted on shaving down some of his teeth so they were even. My friend hated that.

Frasier had bad hair. Give him better hair and the same expression as Niles...well, there's a reason David Hyde Pierce was superbly cast as his brother.
