The hashtag is cringey - then again, I refuse twitter and hashtags entirely - but honestly, I don't think it's a bad thing when other companies try to jump on bandwagons. That's much better than a single company getting the monopoly on a product.

I meant more like using the word Basic, and how some companies will co-opt AAVE (and use it wrong) to promo their product, not necessarily pumpkin spice. You can't trademark various seasonings, after all!
