Favourite motivational speeches/chants

What are your favourite speeches, or I guess just lines in general from movies, tv. etc. that get you riled up?

I love the "What is your profession?" scene from 300. Gives me chills every time, the build up is great, and then how he shouts that line.

"Never give up. Never surrender."

I generally say this to myself after getting a rejection, while hunting a new market for the story. Pathological persistence is the key to success in publishing.

From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother - St. Crispin's Day Speech
