Those are very rare indeed. I can only think of a few recent ones:

Nyx/Four from Dark Matter
Poussey/SoSo from Orange is the New Black
Melinda/Andrew from Agents of Shield (also Mac/Elena, maybe? I don't know if anything really happened between them)
And at least 2 from Empire

Huh -- genre does seem to be doing better there; Melinda/Andrew as well as Poussey/SoSo are lynchpins of the emotional narrative of the respective series (Nyx and Four might become that as well; time will tell -- I'm not holding my breath because those showrunners have a terrible race track record.)
