It could be an interesting premise except that they have to make it a CIVIL WAR so someone has to hold the idiot ball. I mean, why can't both sides be interested in investigating the Inhuman in question and how his powers work? There could still be plenty of conflict over the actions they take afterwards, but instead Tony's trying to investigate and Carol is all NO WE MUST ACT BLINDLY! Though a lot of the side comics are dealing with it better - mostly by having the characters nope out.
