Somebody was asking what criticism Tumblr could make. I'm pointing out that Tumblr can and does make any criticism it feels like when they need their rage fix, no matter how ridiculous it is.

I suspect OP is coming from the perspective that they would have flipped out about the lack of POC representation under other circumstances, whether or not it was a demographically accurate depiction of an 80's Midwestern town, but because there was a fat girl, they were mollified.
