Apparently it is getting like 6 sequels. And they will be about the two main blue people having a family? How weird.

well

I loved the movie because it was visually beautiful, even if the plot was recycled. (I am easily engaged by plot even if it's a predictable one, I guess. But SO PRETTY)

but I'm not sure how I feel about...six sequels? I would honestly be excited for one really well-done sequel that played up the SFX and visuals and explore other parts of Pandora. Announcing multiple sequels at once just sort of makes me think they'll take it in a direction I won't like.

I wanted to like the visuals but I didn't like how samey all the plant and animal life looked. Most of them had that same bluish look, and I realize it was meant to make the planet feel like a cohesive whole but it was honestly kind of distracting to me because it felt artificial.
