Ten minutes is nothing and understandable between friends, unless you're doing something with a concrete timeline. Like going to a play, concert, or the movies. Or getting married. I have a chronically late friend who was late to her own wedding this summer-- the ceremony started on time, but we were supposed to be there early to do some more setup and hopefully some pictures. The bride showed up barely 10 minutes before guests started coming.

It's even worse when there's no set time plan, just that we're getting together. Then, she's very likely to not even leave her home until 20 minutes or more after the start time that was set. I love her very dearly, but these habits are extremely frustrating to deal with every time we hang out.
