Nah, Sirius was 20 years older than Harry and a friend of his father, meanwhile the age gap between Shiro and Keith is something like 5-8 years, depending on what you headcanon their ages to be, since the writers only gave "safe zones" rather than exact ages. Sirius could be seen as sort of a father figure to Harry for a while, especially since he was literally the same age as James and a friend of his, meanwhile Shiro would be a big brother figure at most (and that's only if you want to see them that way, since we don't really know much about their dynamic or even how they met each other).
