The is this one co-worker who keeps fucking things up, and while I realize that she's got health issues (she's taking a lot of time off with FMLA) it's making life more difficult, not just for her co-workers, but for our patients.

I've got health issues myself (chronic pain) but I feel like she's using it as an excuse to slack off and half-ass everything. And then I feel like I'm a bad person for being such a judgy bitch.
