I hate it when i go in for a sub job where the teacher has quit/is on med leave and they still haven't filled the position yet. Yes, I'm in for them, but that doesn't inherently mean I'm interested in applying for the job; i got a call for a Sub Job placement, and here i am. Especially with busy-body department heads, who insist on not only trying to pressure me into taking it "for the good of the kids" but take it upon themselves to tell the principal that I'm "considering" it.

No, I cannot teach "anything" for 4 months. There is a limit to what I'll be able to do outside my Performing Arts qualifications. And i'd rather not burn out the first month of my second year teaching in a district!!

Fuck you too.
