On sick days I generally sleep or read on my kindle in bed.

When playing hooky, I am usually sleeping and playing games. Sometimes, I feel guilty about playing hooky so I will clean the house to make me feel better. :P

Usually watch tv on my computer or read fics. Something that doesn't require my brain. I don't play hooky. I get sick so much it wouldn't be a good idea to take a sick day when I'm not actually sick.

Rest. I don't miss work unless I'm too messed up to perform my work properly. If I've recovered enough to think straight, but I still can't come in to work, I sit at the computer, or read a book if I've got one handy.

Sick days: I just sleep, or watch some videos online. Maybe doodle a bit if I'm feeling up to it.

Hooky: Just dick around the house/the neighborhood, avoiding my workplace so that no one sees me ditching.

Haven't had a sick day since I went on a pension, but back when I did, I'd usually sleep for a few hours then find something calming to do on the computer, like playing the Sims and not getting in online debates about stressful subjects, like religion.

Actual sick days: Sleep, or if it's something of the stomach variety I take up residence in the bathroom and keep my Gameboy/DS/3DS handy. (Depending on what's closer in reach to the nearest bathroom)

Hooky days: I kick back and read manga. I binge-watch food network. I binge-watch Let's Plays.
