I wasn't vaccinated, because I was born way premature and my immune system wasn't up to it. I'm autistic. I went as an adult to get all my vaccines because I didn't want to endanger anyone else with a shitty immune system.

But so-called partial birth abortions are only performed if the fetus isn't going to survive, will have truly nasty birth defects of some sort, or it'll kill or seriously endanger the mother. I suspect you might be trolling, but if not, rest assured that kind of abortion is rare.

Honestly, you probably could have left it at "isn't going to survive" - those birth defects come with an incredibly slim chance of surviving birth, and an even slimmer chance of living more than a few hours, possibly a few days after that.

Shit, in a not-insignificant percentage of very late term abortions, the fetus is already medically dead, but for whatever reason, the mother's body either hasn't caught on, or hasn't been able to successfully expel it. And then after the procedure, she gets to deal with assholes calling her a murderer for not continuing to carry the corpse of her child and run the risk of horrible medical complications.
